Company Name: Mactores Role: Cloud Engineer – Internship Exp: 0 – 1 YearResponsibilities and Duties : Being active member of a team that supports Cloud Operations Center Business Units 24×7 Operational Support Systems. Implement, test and benchmark the cloud infrastructure offerings across multiple cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Alibaba. Create and Deliver Managed Services Reports to customer with valuable recommendations, suggest customer new cloud services, answer customer queries about current deployed infrastructure, cost optimization options, etc. The goal of the team, and the overall Operations organization, is to build strong relationships, and deliver total client satisfaction through world-class support. Strong Linux systems administration skills, migrating and architecting complex multi-tier applications to private or public cloud infrastructures. Windows/Database/Network/Storage administration experience would be added advantage. Work with off-the-shelf/open source tools to manage our infrastructure reliably, and with resiliency in the face of unexpected behaviors, including tools like Chef, scripting languages, etc. Maintain and enhance existing enterprise infrastructure. Leading the cloud infrastructure environment construction and implementation during the life cycle of the solutions. Automating cloud deployments, recurring operational work, improving operation efficiency using tools like Cloud Formation Template, Terraform script, Python, Ansible, etc. Being an active member in team collaboration and operations. Working experience on ITIL based support ticketing tools. Sound knowledge on ITIL.Location: Work From Home.
