Company Name: Nagarro  Role: Trainee, HR Responsibilities:Building and maintaining strong relationships and negotiating with preferred recruiting slots for all core campuses.Design appropriate campus hiring strategies and monitor effective implementation of all plans according to procedures.Partnering with business units to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year.Conduct on/off campus recruitment drives & manage relevant logistics (venue, hotel/guest house, travel etc.)Develop and maintain formal communication with TPOs (training and placement coordinators) & student coordinators.Administration of all on and off- campus recruitment, preparing appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.Supervise compliance to all budgets for all campus recruitment activities.Rolling out offer letters and updating campus branding material from time to time.Supervise the sources to build candidate pipeline with little guidance.Managing campus calendar.Tracking progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required.Hard skills: Strong Know how of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSoft skills: The candidate should have good communication skills The candidate should have good data understanding
