Company Name: Nokia  Role: Technical Configuration Expert Exp: 0-4 yearsResponsibilities:Support regional SSM organization with product expertise within own area of knowledge.Responsible for service configuration support to Regional SPS team.Preparing / Maintaining Service configurations based on Line of Business (LoB) service product guidelines and sales packages prepared by PdMs.Support implementation of global tools and processes for LoB product management in TCC.Guiding TCC Engineers in day to day operations.Providing support and relevant inputs in development of internal tools and driving standardization of configurations.Pricing of Configurations as per Customer PO.Maintenance of Country Service Catalog for relevant LoB.Regular analysis and reporting of issues related to configuration errors.Creating and Maintaining ordering instructions based on service product requirements.Understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN) products like BTS, BSC, RNC, NodeB etcCompetencies:Service Product ManagementKnowledge of Radio AccessCustomer Business UnderstandingProcesses and ToolsExperience in project deployment/field experience would be an added advantageUnderstanding of MS and After Sales Support (AMC/Care Contracts) would be an added advantageRisk managementCost & ProfitabilitySolution SellingPresales KnowledgeEducation background:B.
