Scope of the role: Will be responsible for Execution of Auto Cad Designs for Case Plants.
Job Profile:
Ensure adequate Input from customers to design the Tool.
Design Press Tools, Jigs/Fixtures, Gauges to manufacture Watch Case Module components using
Pro-E, Solid works Auto CAD software.
Co-ordinate with Product Design, Tool Room, PED, Manufacturing shops other functions.
Ensure the quality of design output.
Work on different materials.
Heat treatment process and its effects.
Study on presses to improve safety.
Provide design support to Innovation function.
Key Deliverables:
Models EngineeringDrawings.;
Press Tool designs, Jig Fixture designs, Gauge designs.
Error free designs within scheduled time.
Design solutions to solve shop floor issues.
Tool designs for Productivity Improvement.
Designs for Improved Tool life.
Design solutions for improving safety at press shop.
Innovation projects and designs.
