Company Name: Postman Role: Sales Support Intern Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for Sales and Billing inquiries for customers, prospects and internalsTicket management in Zendesk and Salesforce within defined SLAsOrder Management activities – review Purchase Orders, Vendor Forms, Contracts, Order Processing and InvoicingRecording payments for invoices, checks, bank transfersAct as a liaison between Sales, Legal and Security Teams to ensure contract related tasks are completed and recordedPartner with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to research and resolve customer inquiriesEnsure entire process, issues are tracked and completed within SLAsOther sales-support duties as assigned.Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIn-depth understanding of sales-support and customer service practicesWell organised and detail oriented, able to track and report on progress on multiple different tracksHands on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence is a positiveAnalytical and multitasking skillsExperience working for a StartupAn ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and processesAbility to provide high quality work support while handling a significant volume of inquiries (50+/week)
